Plans and limits
What the Free plan includes, and the limits that keep LastSeen fair for everyone.
Every organization is on a plan. Today there's one, Free; your organization's page shows its plan and how much of it you're using.
The Free plan #
| Free | |
|---|---|
| Monitors (heartbeats and checks) | 20 |
| Alert messages a day | 200 |
| A reading's size | 64 bytes |
| Regions per website check | 1 |
Agents don't count as monitors. When the monitor limit is reached, adding one is refused until you delete another. When the alert limit is reached, LastSeen says so once and holds alerts until 00:00 UTC (more). A reading that's too long is dropped, but its heartbeat still counts.
Limits for everyone #
| What | Limit |
|---|---|
| Heartbeats per monitor | 2 a minute, bursts of 5 (why) |
| A heartbeat's body | 1024 bytes |

| Checks of any one site, all customers together | 30 a minute |
| Tags per monitor | 10 |
